NQA has reaffirmed our ISO 14001 Environmental Management System registration following completion of the move from the old Briton EMS Bedford sites to our St Neots facility during the summer.

As Union Four Electronics and Briton EMS (as we were before acquisition by OSI Electronics of California), we always worked hard to minimise our environmental impact – we switched to solvent free processes and embraced the RoHS directive on lead free soldering many years ago and set targets and objectives for continuous improvement to ensure year on year our overall environmental impact reduced.

We have been assessed and registered by NQA against the provisions of ISO 14001:2004 – the contract manufacture of electronic components, sub-assemblies and finished products and the provision of design and engineering support services.
