The quality of service and product delivered to our customers will be continually monitored and every effort will be made throughout the company to identify and introduce improvements.
Quality objectives are set and will be reviewed and revised as necessary to ensure that the business is meeting the needs of its customers.
The General Manager is ultimately responsible for quality within the company; however, this responsibility is delegated to line managers and supervisors. The Quality Management System in use is designed to comply with the requirements of ISO 9001: 2008 and ISO 13485: 2012.
The management of Quality Assurance within the company is delegated to the Quality Manager, who will be the Management Representative.
All staff will be given regular quality awareness training and given the opportunity – indeed encouraged, to contribute to the continuous improvement policy.
The relevance of this policy statement will be reviewed and if necessary revised at the management review meetings.
