First the basics – we manufacture complete printed circuit board assemblies, surface mount and through-hole. We also do full box build and high level assemblies – as pictured here.
Customers are attracted by our investment in specialist equipment – we’ve four SMT production lines and an x-ray inspection facility.
We also have some out-of-the-ordinary PCB capabilities, including flip chips, package-on-package (PoP), plugged, blind and buried vias, flexible circuits and thermal substrates.
Every PCB is automatically optically inspected with state-of-the-art AOI equipment to ensure the board is 100% defect-free before other assembly work.
Component purchase
We normally purchase all the components – electronic, mechanical and fabricated. Full traceability is one of many options we offer.
We find it benefits customers if we can work with them on the design of the board to idealise it for manufacturing – that way their product is optimised for efficient assembly, testing and shipping and almost always results in a lower price.
Global manufacture
In addition to our UK base, we can manufacture in Asia and the USA – so customers can integrate their EMS programme seamlessly around the world to suit their market requirements.
